We'll keep it snappy... here's the headlines:

We've updated Suzy's software - a lot!
This release fixes a lot of the bugs and reliability issues we were all experiencing. We've also added a White Noise audio feature - requested by so many of you. (Please be careful when you update as it's possible to brick Suzy if she's unplugged in the upgrade process)
Suzy wins two awesome awards
So chuffed to pick up a MadeForMums award in Baby Sleeping and Nursery Products. And make the WIRED Recommends Best Baby Monitors 2019. So nice to see Suzy getting the recognition after all the love we put in!

Snoozey Christmas Everyone!
We're busy here at Bleep Towers working hard on the next version of Suzy's software and the BleepBleeps App. The next release will have Cry Detection and Auto-Soothe functions enabled. Plus, we are working a new version of the App with Advanced Settings. This will allow you to customise the Soothing duration and enable Nighttime Audio. If you haven't upgraded your Suzy already and unlocked the Baby Monitor function just make sure you have the latest version of the BleepBleeps App and that will upgrade Suzy next time you open and connect. If you have any ideas or feedback for us we'd love to hear your thoughts on the BleepBleeps forum or email [email protected]
Dodgy Cables
We've discovered an issue with Suzy's USB power cable. Around 10% of the cables have a fault where they become very loose over time. These faulty cables can get so loose they can start to fall out of Suzy very easily. Particularly annoying if your kids are in the habit pushing down Suzy's hat in a less than gentle manner! Very frustrating - we are sorry! We have replaced all the cables in our current stock and now have new cables to replace any faulty ones you guys may have. If you have one of the dodgy cables please email [email protected] with your address and we'll get one out to you asap :) sorry about that!
Suzy is Harrods & Selfridges!
Chuffed to bits that Suzy is now in some of our favourite posh shops in London. If you happen to see her there feel free to give her magic hat a push down and send her off to sleep - she must be exhausted with all those Christmas shoppers filing through!

Hi gang,
Phew! What a fortnight we have had! Suzy Snooze should now be in your hands and the updated BleepBleeps app is now available on the App Store and Google Play. We're working hard finalising the Baby Monitor functionality and will release this very soon.
Also! We’d love for you to meet a new addition to our Smart Family...

For those of you who cannot wait for the official release of the Suzy Snooze update to the BleepBleeps app we are offering a Beta release now. We've been promised the official release will be approved by the app stores in the next week or so. So you can either do nothing and wait a bit... or...

Dear backers,
So good to see your pics of Suzy Snooze showing up in homes all over the world! Just a quick reminder about the BleepBleeps app...
We are still working on the app and hope to release the update in the next week or two.
Both the iOS and Android apps are in the final approval stages and very nearly live on the app stores. So right now you won't be able to connect Suzy. Sorry for any confusion! We are also still working on the baby monitor functionality - we should follow up with that in a few weeks.
